We offer nine acres of unspoilt countryside on the site of a non-working farm. The planting of indigenous trees and shrubs has created a haven for birds and small mammals. You may even catch a glimpse of our resident red squirrels.
The park is open and extremely level with easy access to our 81 generously spaced and marked pitches , 75 of which have electric hook up. There is also a limited number of Premier View pitches with great views across the Solent towards Hurst Castle. Trees and hedgerows give shelter to most pitches. There is also a wild flower meadow with lots of space to exercise dogs. The large separate playing field is ideal for all ball games and has 2 public BBQ areas with picnic tables.
Fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing and other water sports are all available nearby. The park is also a great starting point for exploring the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike. A unique information board and map with colour coded walks will help you decide your route.
Our amenity buildings have showers, toilets, separate wash cubicles, hairdryers and shaver points. There is a large separate wheelchair accessible shower and toilet room. The laundry room has a coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is a large dishwashing area which also has a wheelchair accessible sink.
All facilities are maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness.
We have a tourist information office which has a vast array of literature to make planning your days out and holiday on the Island as enjoyable as possible.
We sell Camping Gaz and also offer a freezer pack service in return for a small donation to our “Heathfield Defibrilator Fund”
The Islands bus network is accessible from the entrance to the park.
